Welcome. I’m Karen Cassel.

I offer intuitive energy healing for people, horses, and the spaces we live in. My work is for those who feel the need to slow down, reconnect, and come back into balance.

I don’t follow one set modality or a prescribed way of working. Every session is different because every person, animal, and space is different. I listen and pay attention to the energy, the body, and the subtle shifts that help guide me toward what is needed in that moment.

My work is also influenced by my connection to my Seneca ancestry and the intuitive guidance I receive through that part of my lineage. It’s something I hold with a great deal of respect, and it is naturally woven into the way I approach this work.

For me, healing isn’t about “fixing” something. It’s about creating a safe, supportive space where the nervous system can settle, energy can shift, and the body and spirit can begin to find their own way back toward balance.

North Star Sacred Healing was inspired by the North Star itself—that steady point of light that helps us find our way home. That is what I hope to offer through this work: a calm, grounded space for you, your animals, and even your surroundings to reconnect, realign, and find a little more ease.

Each session is guided intuitively and supported by earth-honoring practices that help restore balance on a deeper level. I listen closely to what your energy is asking for, allowing the session to unfold in a way that feels natural and responsive rather than structured or fixed. 

Sacred smoke may be used to gently clear and reset the energy of the space, creating a sense of openness and ease. Crystals are placed with intention, supporting areas that feel in need of grounding, balance, or gentle support. Subtle vibrational sound and aromatherapy may also be incorporated to quiet the nervous system and invite a deeper state of relaxation. 

These elements are never forced—they are woven in only as needed, guided by what is felt in the moment. The goal is not to do more, but to create the right conditions for your body and energy to settle, release, and come back into alignment in a way that feels steady, supported, and truly your own. alance.

My equine energy healing sessions are specifically for horses. I work directly with the horse, offering gentle, intuitive energy healing to support their physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.

Horses are incredibly sensitive and responsive to energy, so I allow each horse to guide the session. I work quietly and intuitively, paying attention to their body language, responses, and subtle shifts, always allowing them to choose how they receive the work.

Sessions may support relaxation, release of stress or tension, emotional balance, and overall well-being. They can also be helpful for horses experiencing changes in their environment, behavioral shifts, transitions, or simply those who could use some additional support.

The work is gentle, non-invasive, and never forced. Above all, I meet each horse where they are, with patience, presence, and respect.

Just as our bodies hold energy, our homes and spaces do as well. Over time, they can carry the imprint of stress, conflict, grief, or simply the weight of daily life. A space clearing gently shifts and restores the energy of your environment, allowing it to feel lighter, calmer, and more supportive. 

This work is approached intuitively, honoring both the space itself and the people within it. Subtle, earth-honoring elements may be used as needed to clear and rebalance the energy, always in a way that feels grounded and respectful. The intention is not to change your space, but to help it return to a more natural state of ease and harmony—so it can better support you in your everyday life.
