Welcome! My name is Karen Cassel. I am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Restorative Yoga instructor and Reiki Practitioner. I became a Health Coach to fulfill my passion for helping individuals improve their health and well-being. I understand how complicated it can feel at times to manage nutrition, movement, and reduce stress.
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I gained in-depth knowledge in nutrition, health and wellness, coaching skills, and business development. Through my holistic approach, I offer 1:1 health and nutrition coaching tailored to your unique needs.
